Designed in collaboration with award-winning Aboriginal artist De GreerYindimincarlie. De Greer-Yindimincarlie is the owner / operator of Yindi Artz - Authentic Aboriginal Creations. Yindi Artz had been operating on the Sunshine Coast for over ten years, now located on stunning Kaurna country in Adelaide, South Australia. De is an Aboriginal woman from the Wiradjuri Nation in Central Western New South Wales, Australia.
Each disc contains an Indigenous symbol such as meeting place, waterhole and rainbow just to name a few. These discs are a great toy to learn about the Indigenous culture, opening discussions around the traditional Australian landowners, as well as a fun game of matching pairs. A fun way to introduce Indigenous symbols while encouraging children to feel positive and confident while they learn through play.
